Hello, dear apartment seekers! Your beautiful 26 sqm room is part of a 120 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, bathtub and a shower, one separate toilet, living-dining room and a hallway. The room has two large windows with windowsill, and parquet flooring. The large windows make the room very bright. The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a cooler, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is available in the bathroom and can of course be used. Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes double bed (pull-out, area 160x200cm), a wardrobe, a closet, a desk with a swivel chair and a table lamp. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. Shared flat life: Your roommates would be: Nethmini (25) - is working professional in Augsburg. Yuika (22) - doing internship. Julia (28) - working as a teacher. We imagine life in a shared flat to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory.
