Perfect for example for an Aalto University's exchange student (or two with a different rent) or a person who is coming to do an internship or work at or near Aalto University in Otaniemi next to Keilaniemi/Keilaranta business center/park. Only a 4 minute's light rail trip (+ walking to the light rail stop) or 10 minutes by bike to Aalto University in Otaniemi! To Keilaniemi it takes 6 minutes by light rail. Possibility to rent a bicycle for your private use. Excellent public transport connections also to Helsinki, capital of Finland. 20 minutes by taxi from the Helsinki Airport. This fully furnished 34.5 m2 spacious studio apartment with a big private glassed-in balcony is located in Espoo, Laajalahti with great sports/outdoor activity possibilities. Laajalahti includes the Laajalahti Nature Reserve area near the seashore, with a hiking trail leading to Otaniemi and Aalto University. The apartment is about 700 meters away from this hiking trail. The big balcony gives you a nice extra space especially during the warm spring/summer/autumn days! The balcony glasses can be slided away so you can really enjoy the sunny days on the balcony! ☀️ ✨TARGET TENANT Rented out for a 100 % NON-SMOKING, trustworthy, reliable and honest person (or a couple/two good friends with a different rent), who respects the property and neighbours. You like to keep the apartment clean&tidy, don't cause any disturbance to the neighbours and remember to pay the rent on time. It is only 3 km to Aalto University so you can also walk there. It takes about 10 minutes by bike and about 15 minutes (includes walking to the light rail stop) by light rail to Aalto. It takes about 30 minutes (includes walking to the bus stop) to Helsinki, Kamppi by bus (you can also travel to Kamppi by bus + metro) so this apartment is also good for a person who begins her/his studies/work in Helsinki for example at Hanken School of Economics or at University of Helsinki. The closest grocery store is only 400 m away. Outside this store is the closest city bike station (open from March/April until October/November). About 2.5 km to a huge shopping mall called Sello located in Leppävaara. ✨MOVE-IN READY HOME Move-in ready home including everything seen in the photos + much more (for example kitchen and cleaning stuff inside the cabinets). New smart tv with Netflix. Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. At the moment there are two 80 cm wide beds (another one is in the alcove and the other one is beside the balcony window) and a 160 cm wide sofa(bed) inside the apartment. The bed near the balcony window is not seen in all the photos. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need. ✨COSTS 💰NOTE!!! THE RENT DEPENDS ON THE RENTAL PERIOD AND HOW MANY PERSONS ARE MOVING IN. FOR EXAMPLE: 🔹970 e/month for one year or longer 🔹1000 e/month for the whole spring term of Aalto University (January - July). Move-out day can also be later until ~mid August. 🔹1070 e/month for minimum five months between December and ~mid August 🔹1170 e/month for less than five months between December and ~mid August 🔹Kindly inquire the rent for some other period and/or for two persons before sending a booking request, thank you. Water + electricity (+ Wi-Fi if you want) are all ready to use when you move in. Utility fee for water and electricity is 60 e/month and it is paid monthly on top of the rent. The possible Wi-Fi costs depend on how fast Wi-Fi you want. Nothing works with gas. Central heating + waste management + bike storage + a separate laundry&drying room space with heaters are included so no extra costs from those. Refundable security deposit is between 1500 and 2000 euros (exact amount depends on the rental period). The security deposit is paid via Housing Anywhere before the move-in date. Tenant(s) must purchase a home insurance in Finland for the whole renting period. I will help you with the insurance procedure so don't worry about it. The insurance costs have been ~15 e/month for one person. One weekly sauna turn is included in the rent. Private sauna turns and/or a car parking space are available by request and cost extra. Bed linen, towels and private bicycle(s) are available by request and cost extra. ✨GOOD TO KNOW! No smoking/vaping/drugs or anything similar allowed! No parties/pets/subtenants/subletting/air b&b/couch-surfing or anything similar! No incense stick smoking!
