The apartment is new (built in 2024), fully furnished (bed, furniture, kitchen utensils, bed linen, etc.), and about 60 m2. It is located in a green, safe, and family-friendly neighbourhood. It includes a shared bedroom, a spacious bathroom, an open kitchen and living room, and a balcony. It also includes a storage room and a parking space. I will also leave my bike available for use during the stay. You’ll share the room with Gaia (ig: @ga.ushuaia), a 20-year-old Italian girl who’s friendly, calm, and respectful. She speaks Italian, English, French, and Spanish, and she loves traveling, cooking, working out, and exploring. Distances: 5 min by bike to the station and gym 2 min by bike to the supermarket 5 min by train to RUC 20 min by train to Copenhagen CPR available. No pets, no smokers (building rules).
