The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with lift access, has an area of 85 m2 and has the perfect layout for 8 people. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Upon entering, you can enjoy a lounge decorated with great taste, with a comfortable sofa bed and a lovely seating area. It has three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and the third room has two single beds. The kitchen, independent from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler. The bathroom is modern and has a shower. There is WiFi connection, heating. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 150 metres of the apartment. The cot is subject to availability.
