The room is fully equipped with a double bed, desk, large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a full private bathroom for exclusive use, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Please note that the room does not have windows to the exterior, making it a quiet and peaceful space, ideal for rest, work, or study. 🍳 The property includes access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with appliances, sink area, and washing machine, as well as a small shared living area with a sofa, perfect for relaxing. 📍The room is ideally located near the Burjassot–Paterna Campus of the University of Valencia and is well connected to Valencia city center via Metro lines 1 and 4, as well as several bus lines just a few minutes’ walk away. ⚠️ This accommodation is an office within a renovated premises. Although it is fully suitable for living, registration as a resident (empadronamiento) is not possible. 🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. The fees based on your arrival time are as follows: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge. 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you). 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you). After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you). ⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
