The apartment is exclusively for students, and the current tenants are two young women and one young man, all studying. About the flat: There are - 4 separately accessible, lockable bedrooms - a fully equipped shared kitchen with dishwasher - a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine - a seperate toilet - a spacious entrance The available room is furnished with a bed, desk + chair, and wardrobe Rent & Costs: €470 base rent €70 monthly utility fee (includes electricity, heating, internet, etc.) Total monthly cost: €540,- Security deposit: €1080,- Contract: The contract is for a epriod of 5 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice by the end of February, August or September. If you want to cancel the contract earlier or another time, this would only be possible if you find a new tenant, who we agree with, yourself. -Students only -No pets and non-smoking apartment Location: The apartment is in a quiet residential street in the 14th district of Vienna.
