My idea is that you can have almost everything you need to live comfortably in a home for that price without worrying about anything else. I live upstairs and spend most of my time in my office. You would be downstairs. The offer includes: - 1 Private room – See picture for furniture (closet, bed, bedding, drawers, hangers, fan, lights). If you don’t want the furniture, you’re welcome to bring your own. - 1 Private bathroom (toilet, shower/bathtub) – Unless there are guests, which can happen occasionally. Access to shared spaces: - Living room - Kitchen – fully equipped (coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils, etc.) - Terrace/Garden with fire-pit - Dishwasher - Laundry machine - Laundry dryer - Sonos sound system - Television - Fiber internet - Occasional access to the guest room if you want to host guests (agreement basis) - Potential access to a bicycle ⚠️ Very important! I have 2 indoor cats, and they are not to be let outside. They are very important to me! At all times, doors must stay closed, and windows can only be cracked open, not left fully open. I do not drink alcohol or smoke. Smoking or drug use on the property is prohibited. I would prefer a non-drinker, but I won’t insist on it. - A deposit of 2 months’ rent is required. - A bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the house, and it reaches Basel in about 20 minutes...
