You'll be able to feel the history as you walk across the occasional creaky original floor board and look out at the stunning views. You'll enter the house on the second floor and will be welcomed into the eat in kitchen, filled with everything you need to prepare a great meal. You'll then find the comfy living room where there is plenty of sitting room for the whole group to enjoy the amazing city views, lounge in front of the TV or play a board game! This floor also has a spacious balcony overlooking the city with twinkle lights above. This is our favorite area to lounge, dine and BBQ. Note: there is a queen sized blow-up mattress available to accommodate 2 extra guests. There are extra sheets, comforter and towels provided. Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom loft with a queen size bed, full bathroom, picture window, walk-in closet and laundry room. We ask that our guests be mindful that our charming old house has low & sloping ceilings upstairs. Downstairs the second bedroom has a comfy full sized bed. At the end of the hall you'll find an office space and the full bathroom. Please be aware of the 6' ceilings in the bathroom. The four seasons room is both a serene private workspace and a comfy spot to sit and enjoy the views of the city and the birds in the garden. This room connects to the 3-tiered fenced in backyard. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs with a $150 Pet Fee per dog. Perfect for couples, friends & Fido, so don't be surprised if you find a dog hair or two.
