ROOM NUMBER 1. This room is spacious and bright and is located on the first floor of a completely renovated detached house, with a large private garden, porch, and parking spaces. The room has a private balcony, available for exclusive use, therefore not shared with the other roommates. The room has two single beds, TV, desk, wardrobe, minifridge, Wi-Fi connection (shared with the other roommates) and air conditioning. The common areas on the ground floor are a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a small sofa and TV and a doublebedroom (room n. 5, currently rented by a female tenant). On the first floor there is a large hallway equipped with wardrobes, two single bedrooms (this one and room n. 4, which is currently rented by a male tenant), two double bedrooms (room n.2 and n.3) and two bathrooms. Tenants have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher. This room will be rented to one person only. One bus stop for the city center is at five minutes walk from the apartment (bus n.68, it leaves every two hours), another bus stop (bus n. 25) is more than 25 minutes away on foot, so we recommend equipping yourself with bicycles or a car...
