The residence does not charge any application fees. Only the inventory fees for entry and exit are payable by the tenant (€65 each time). 📝Please Note: The residence is reserved for students only, with no age limit, but preferably between 18 and 35 years old. 12-month rental contract, non-cancellable from September 15th. Only two reasons for contract cancellation are accepted: study abandonment, upon presentation of proof and death of a parent or guarantor.
