Access is via a staircase shared with the other apartment in the building. The main facade features a continuous balcony with plants and a small table with chairs. The building, like the neighborhood, is quiet and only houses two apartments in total, and the office of our Barracart Apartments on the ground floor. It also has access to a 22 m2 rooftop terrace shared by the two apartments of the building—accessible via the communal stairs—equipped with a large table and chairs, and hammocks for sunbathing or relaxing. Completely renovated in a carefully restored century-old building, the apartment is brand new. The apartment features the most modern and comfortable facilities, top-quality materials and equipment, unique designer pieces and antiques, as well as a small library. Natural plants also feature inside and in communal areas, providing warmth and freshness. It has a separate work area with a desk, and internet connection (fiber optic) via Wi-Fi and cable. The fully equipped bathroom and kitchen include a hairdryer, iron, linens, dishes, cutlery, and all kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, an oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer, an induction hob, an extractor fan integrated into the countertop, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a blender, a juicer, cleaning supplies... all brand new.
