Lage Die öffentlichen sind nur ca. 3 min entfernt. Die Plinganser Str. ist nahe, aber kaum zu hören - sorgt aber für top Anbindung in die Stadt. Der Flaucher ist sehr nahe - geniales Areal, besonders für alle die die Isar und Grün mögen! Ansonsten gibt es sehr nahe einen Rewe Markt, sowie auch sonst alles, was man benötigt für den täglichen Bedarf. WG Üblicherweise werden die Zimmer gemietet von Studenten oder Young Professionals - zumeist Anfang 20. Ich habe keine Filter irgendwelcher Art, ausser seid bitte freundlich, zuverlässig und ordentlich. Alle Nationen und Geschlechter willkommen! Sonstiges: Die Kaution beträgt 1000€ diese muss regulär 4 Wochen vor Einzug gezahlt werden, oder so zeitnah wie möglich. Die Kaution dienst der Sicherheit der Miete, der Möbel sowie der Wohnung allgemein. Bei Auszug, wenn keine sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten offen sind, wird diese zurückgezahlt.
