This exclusive architectural marvel stands as the only residential building on the Grand Place, officially recognized on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. This architectural gem is the only residential building situated directly on the famous Grand Place and is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Breathtaking panoramic views of the Grand Place and its most famous Brussels Town Hall which is illuminated at night to offer a spectacular view. Enjoy this historical experience with the most luxurious modern comfort. *Although this studio is entirely private, it is split into 2 areas* - Main room with a wide comfortable king bed for 2 and a dining table - Across the hall, there is a separate room with a private kitchen and bathroom Both have locks and are only used by you. The hall is used only for access to 2 other apartments. Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand. We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. Below are the details regarding the amenities and supplies available during your stay. Welcome Amenities & Supplies We provide complimentary amenities and supplies upon arrival to enhance your stay. Please note: ● These items are only provided at check-in and are not replenished throughout the stay. ● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee. ● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours: ● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET. ● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis. ● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET If you require any additional items or services, please reach out to our guest support team. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a pleasant stay! Guest Access: Self check- in anytime after 4pm. Scheduled early check-in and late check-out at 1 PM can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee. Other Things to Note: The building is protected by UNESCO and hence it maintains some of its original characteristics, such as steep windy stairs and wooden windows. Although we have updated the inside of the apartment to include all the modern features, the building facade has not been affected and hence there is some potential for noise (we do provide you with earplugs!) and some stairs to climb! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges...
