This bright and comfortable private room is located in a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment, where each room is lockable for your privacy and peace of mind. The room comes with all the essentials to help you settle in quickly: a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe, a practical desk and chair – perfect for studying or remote work. Fresh bedding, a duvet, and a pillow are always provided for the entire duration of your stay. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need – including a kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom, and a cozy common area. Just bring your suitcase, and you’re ready to move in! Whether you're a student or a working professional, this is a perfect place to focus, relax, and feel at home. ______________________ Landlord policies • We book fortnightly. Meaning contract can start on 1st or 16th day of the month. And they can end on 15th or last day of the month. • Self check-in. You will receive all access codes and instructions before arrival. Check-in is possible at any time • You're renting for up to 30 days - no Admin Fee. 31-60 days - 50% of monthly rent Admin Fee. 61+ days - 100% of monthly rent Admin Fee. • When the booking is accepted Tenant should provide the security deposit to the Owner by a bank transfer • Your contract start date should be the first available day in the calendar. ALL TENANTS ARE OBLIGED TO PAY THE ADMIN FEE TO THE LANDLORD DIRECTLY. At the day of arrival or up to 3 days after arrival. • If you rent for one month you dont need to pay the admin fee. Preferred age 19-30! • Security deposit is paid in full at the beginning Admin FEE Includes following services: • Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, • contract preparation, • Translation of the contract to English, • Room preparation with set of bed linen, • Payment for airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat, • Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie", - representing you in communications with flat owner. • Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault. • Cleaning service that comes once every two months to clean the kitchen and bathroom • Final cleaning + 400 PLN when You're leaving the apartment. • Single Occupancy Only • There is a weekly tidiness control that is carried out by sending a video of bathroom and kitchen to the landlord. Each week different room is responsible for sending the video. So in 3 person apartment it will be Your responsibility once every 3 weeks...
