This home is located in an amazing part of the city. It is a 2-5 minutes walk to train, tram and bus towards Utrecht Central station (5 min by any public transport) and Amsterdam Central station (35 min) and in cycling distance from anything you may need. City-Centre / Old Town starts on the other side of the railway at a 5 min walk. Supermarkets and shops are within 150 meters. It is also next to a park. There is a calisthenics facility as well as a basketball court and a small soccer field. You can join one of the groups of people that train (yoga, running, cross-fit etc...) in the park or just watch and laugh at them while drinking a glass of wine in the sun on a cloth or sunbed. I also have Yoga-mats and pillow available for you to use. This apartment is the only one with a huge, reasonably private and beautiful garden like this one and it is very nice to have this shared with the neighbors. The apartment has 1 living room and an extra dining room that doubles as an office connected that gives the whole living area a more spacious feel. There is a kitchen for testing your gourmet skills that is fully stocked and it includes a microwave for if those skills are lacking a bit more than you thought. A Nespresso machine with cups, water cooker with tea and a mixer is available. It has a great shower with hot water from a CV so that doesn't run out on you. The bed room has ample space for clothing there is another smaller extra room of but this has no bed only storage. There are also two balcony's; a mini balc at the front / kitchen and one a bit bigger at the back. Gas, water and electricity will be charged according to the listed amounts, this is what I pay monthly. If you are an excessive user then let me know and we will do it separately. In the pictures you will see some personal stuff (e.g. a pc) as this is my house but that will be gone when you stay here. The apartment is available for a single tenant or a couple. What cannot be done here: Smoking / Animals / Party's. Scroll on if you need this. Due to Dutch laws: single parents with children are not permitted to register. I would automatically become a fiscal partner because I am registered at the address and they would lose income (toeslagen). Ask me about this and I can send you the documentation provided by Dutch government. Note that the administration fee is for Housing anywhere, I feel it is a lot so we will share this.
