This is a big studio flat located in the center of Wrocław. The following appliances are in the apartment: washing machine, iron, iron board, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, vacuum cleaner. The following devices ad appliances can be available upon demand: iron board (only if items still available), oven, stove with burners. The following furniture are in the apartment: 2 sofa-beds, desk, chairs, table, curtains, bedside table, wardorobe and much more. There are 2 sofa-beds in the apartment. The Lessor can get to the tenants a big TV (only available on demand), washing machine (only if previously requested and if available). The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine (appliance purchased in April 2026), shower box, toilet wc, sink, mirrow, heater and bidet. A service of bed linens and towels is available upon request for the tenants (price not included in the monthly rent). The service is optional. Neighborhood: The place is located: - around 10 minute walk from the main Wrocław railway station, - around 1 minute walk from the super-market Biedronka, - around 2 minute walk from the bus/tram stop.
