It has two double bedrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a cosy living room and a large furnished balcony. It also has high-speed internet connection, reversible air conditioning and a washing machine. The Poble Sec neighbourhood is located near the Fira de Barcelona, between the Paral·lel Avenue and the Montjuïc promontory, an area well connected to the rest of the city by metro and buses. It has excellent restaurants, theatres and many hotels that fill up when there are local events on. Here old Barcelona merges with the modern one, creating a unique and captivating result. In Blai Street there are dozens of tapas bars and terraces, while Plaza del Surtidor offers one of the most symbolic places of Poble Sec. The nearest metro stop to the building is Paral·lel, L2, L3.
