This bright, fully furnished apartment is located on the historic, listed Gut Boisdorf, in a very quiet and green setting between Cologne and Aachen, on the edge of the Northern Eifel, near Düren-Rölsdorf and Lendersdorf. The apartment is situated in the attic of the historic gatehouse and has its own staircase, which is shared with only one other apartment. It is fully furnished and equipped with a fitted kitchenette as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. A total of 17 families and singles live on the manor estate. Residents have access to a shared fitness and workout room. In addition, the Mediterranean-style inner courtyard with plane trees and seating areas, the large park-like garden, and the adjacent orchard with animals can be used. Bus line, bakeries, café, and supermarket are within walking distance. The train station can be reached by bicycle in about ten minutes. Suburban trains run every 20 minutes to Cologne, reaching it in just 35 minutes. Aachen and Jülich are also very well connected. The minimum rental period is three months....
