There is a modern EDEKA supermarket only five minutes away, as well as REWE and Teegut supermarket, along with a dry-cleaner‘s, multiple bakery’s like IHLE and others, and a variety of restaurants among them a L‘Osteria and the Michelin starred restaurant Aquarello all in a 15 minute walking radius. Additionally just two bus stops away there is a shopping center. The park „Denniger Anger“ is located directly adjacent to the Building.
