Great forest paths for walking/jogging/biking start just behind the building. Pohjois-Tapiola is located next to Otaniemi (Aalto University campus) and it takes only 10 minutes by bike to Aalto University's Otaniemi campus area. If you like walking it is only ~2.5 km to Aalto Uni and by bus/metro it takes around 15 minutes. This fully furnished move-in ready home is suitable for example for an Erasmus exchange student, an internship, a summer worker, a postdoctoral researcher, a PhD student or a Master's Thesis worker, who is coming to study/work for example at Aalto University, University of Helsinki or Hanken School of Economics or to the Keilaniemi/Keilaranta business area which is located next to Otaniemi. No parties/pets/subtenants/subletting/air b&b/couch-surfing or anything similar! No incense stick smoking! No deep-frying, use of excessive oil or flaming when making/frying food on the stove or in the oven (to avoid grease residues all over the apartment)! Kitchen area must be kept clean like the rest of the apartment. A written rental agreement is signed between me (landlady/owner of this studio) and you (the tenant). ✨READY TO MOVE IN HOME Move-in ready home including everything seen in the photos + much more (for example kitchen and cleaning stuff inside the cabinets). Possibility to have also bed linen, towels and/or bicycle(s). Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need. ✨COSTS Note!!! If you want to stay for one year or longer the rent is 960 e/month. For two persons +150 e/month. Water + electricity + Wi-Fi are all ready to use when you move in. Utility fee is 95 e/month (120 e/month for two persons) and it is paid monthly on top of the rent. It is possible to upgrade the Wi-Fi speed and the extra costs depend on how fast Wi-Fi you want. Tenant(s) must purchase a home insurance in Finland for the whole renting period. I will help you with the insurance procedure so don't worry about it. The insurance costs are ~11 e/month. Nothing works with gas. Central heating + waste management + warm bike storage spaces + separate drying rooms with heaters for washed laundry are also all included. Refundable security deposit is EITHER 1 x the monthly costs (six months or less) OR 2 x the monthly costs (longer than six months). Security deposit is paid via Housing Anywhere before the move-in day. Ask for a possibility to use the sauna in the building and/or rent a car parking space (costs extra).
