The Type E apartments offer spacious accommodations featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for sharing with a friend, as each person gets a generously sized bedroom and a private bathroom. IMPORTANT: - The apartment is available for sharers and couples. - The apartments are unfurnished but have flooring and come with equipped kitchens and bathrooms, the rest of the upholstery has to be done by the tenant. - Viewings are possible. - There is an income requirement; you need a gross monthly salary of 3,5 times the monthly rent.
