The windows have blackout blinds that can be lowered at night to darken the room. The room and the entire apartment are in an extremely quiet location, with virtually no noise coming in from outside. The entire apartment is 120 m2 and fully furnished. This includes among other things: Washing machine, clothes horse, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob + separate induction plate, all standard kitchen appliances, cordless vacuum cleaner, bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, large living room with TV, surround sound system, couch, Xbox One S, dining table and much more. The terrace is directly accessible via the living room and offers a wonderful view with sunset. We hand over the apartment in good condition and expect to receive it back in the same condition. The apartment is a 1-minute walk from tram line 26 (station: Koloniestraße). This tram connection takes you to the metro U6 and S-Bahn within a few stops. Also within walking distance (5 min) is a large supermarket, which offers cheap and good food. The SCN shopping center is also a 10-minute walk away, which offers a cinema, gym, pharmacy and supermarket as well as many other shopping opportunities. Right next door is a butcher, which can also be recommended. In addition to the double room advertised here, there are two other single rooms in the apartment. One of them is occupied by our long-time friend Diego, a student from South Tyrol who is studying computer science at the Vienna University of Technology. He is sociable, open and funny, which makes him a very pleasant flatmate. He speaks German, English, Italian and Ladin and is happy to help with any questions or joint activities.
