For long term rent (more than 1 year), 2 months are requested as deposit and cost of registration around 150 euro. The area is very close to the University, just 10 minutes by walk and to the Two Towers, just 20 minutes walk. Close to the central railway station, only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is just in front of the entrance of the building. close also to the Virgin Active Fitness club.
