Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms, is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city and has an exceptional location just a 15 min walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. It has excellent communication with public transportation and bus lines: 7, 13, and has a streetcar stop nearby.... is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer you a 'ready to move in' room, we provide a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: DOUB bed, bed linen, towels, closets for your belongings, study/work area, view of the inner courtyard and private bathroom with shower. Terms and conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 50€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is 24$ per week for 2 hours. In our company, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer fast and efficient service through our professional team. If something needs to be repaired, it will be taken care of in the blink of an eye. Don't wait any longer and contact us: we are your home away from home!
