Welcome to our cozy garden studio apartment, offering approximately 11 m2 of space, perfect for your stay in Vienna. The apartment features a room with two single beds, a desk, and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table with two chairs. Additionally, there is a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and a shared washing machine available. The terrace includes a garden table and two chairs where smoking is permitted, and you are also welcome to use the large terrace above the apartment, where smoking is also allowed. The apartment is located in the "Alte Donau" recreational area on a quiet residential street. The garden invites you to relax, and the river Alte Donau, just 300 meters away, is perfect for walks or a refreshing swim. The "Kagran" and "Alte Donau" subway stations (both U1 line) are a short 8-10 minute walk away, and the city center can be reached in just 20 minutes. The Donau Zentrum - Westfield, Vienna's largest shopping center with 220 shops, including 50 restaurants and bars, is just a 10-minute walk away. For daily groceries, the Billa supermarket on Wagramer Straße 54 is an 8-minute walk or a 1-2 minute drive. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. A registration as Nebenwohnsitz is possible. The rental agreement will be sent after payment of the deposit fee.
