The living room is bright and very comfortable, has access to the first terrace. It is a large space furnished as an outdoor dining room where you can enjoy a snack with friends. The kitchen is independent, and has been fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home. From this space there is also access to the terrace. On this floor there is also a double bedroom, which has a closet; and next to it, a bathroom with shower. On the next level, there is a second bedroom with closet, a practical desk and access to the second terrace, which is a more private space, perfect to disconnect from the day to day. The apartment has air conditioning and high speed wifi. Badalona is a city located next to Barcelona, and on the edge of the Mediterranean. With a growing real estate investment, it has new and modern residential and office buildings. The apartment is located on Carrer Sant Jaume, a few steps from the beach. This is a very quiet and residential area, full of life. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of local stores such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The nearest metro station is “Badalona Pompeu Fabra”, 8 minutes from the apartment. Also the train station is located a few steps from the apartment.
