Welcome to your new home! By default, the apartment consists of three rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave. The kitchen has access to a spacious glazed balcony. The bedrooms have closets for storage. The bathroom has been renovated in 2011 and is still in great condition. The apartment is available partially furnished. We have previously utilized the three rooms in a way where there is one bedroom, a big office space, and a living room space, however, the way you wish to utilize the space is something we can discuss. For example, it is possible to divide the "office" room into two rooms, as there are two doors into that space. This way the apartment could be utilized as 3 bedrooms and a living room. 🧖🧖♀️ The building features a newly renovated sauna, which you can book a weekly appointment for. The cost is 20 EUR per month and this includes 4-5 sauna sessions (30 min each) depending on the month. 📍The location of the apartment is great in many ways: 🚗 If you drive a car, you'll be happy to know that the apartment is located conveniently close to several main roads, but just far enough not to be disturbed by the sounds of traffic. - Ring I (101 - Kehä I) ~1km / 3 min - Lahti Highway (4 / E75 - Lahdenväylä) ~2km / 4 min - Tuusula Highway (45 - Tuusulanväylä) ~5km / 6 min - Hämeenlinna Highway (3 / E12 - Hämeenlinnanväylä) ~8km / 8 min 🅿️ The apartment comes with one parking spot. Parking for quests is convenient next to the road. 🚌 🚃 🚆 PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Public transportation is very convenient as well, as you will be able to take several buses, trams, and trains to wherever you may want to travel. You can get to downtown Helsinki in about 25-30 minutes by public transportation. Closest stops: - Bus: 450m / ~5 min walk - Tram (Viikki): 1,2km / ~17 min walk (or take bus for a couple stops) - Train (Pukinmäki): 1,8km / ~25 min walk (or take bus for a couple stops) - Metro (subway) is available via bus. For example by taking the bus to Sörnäinen for about 10-15 minutes. 🛒 🛍️ 📦 🥕🥖 AMENITIES - S-Market: 450m / ~7min walk - Lidl: 450m / ~7min walk - R-Kioski (incl. postal services): 450m / ~7min walk - Prisma: 1,2km / ~17 min walk 🌲🌿 🦆 THE OUTDOORS The proximity to wonderful outdoor locations is what I love perhaps most about the location of this apartment. Whether you want to go for a 30, 45, 60 or 120 min walk, you'll find amazing and calm areas to adventure. You can find your way into the forest in less than 5 minutes if you wish. I'm happy to recommend outdoor activities or areas for you to try out. Boring but necessary information: ⚡️ The renter will need to sign their own Electric contract with the electric company. The usage for two people has been about 2600 kWh per year. I'm happy to help you with finding a good deal. 💧 The water for one person is included in the contract. Add 25 EUR per month of additional residents. 🛜 A 25 Mb/s internet connection is included in the contract. It is possible to upgrade the speed up to 1000/100 Mb/s for an extra fee (max 50 EUR per month)...
