That’s why we offer fully equipped rooms, with everything you need to live comfortably. The apartment comes with a spacious living room featuring a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and lots of natural light throughout. We provide essential services such as cleaning, maintenance, gas, water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring your stay is as hassle-free as possible. Rooms are available with either a single bed or double bed for individual use Our location, just a few meters from City Hall and near the University Campus, makes it easy to access both the city center and university life. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere among our colivers and foster a friendly environment where you can feel at home. To join us, we require a minimum stay of 3 months, one months' deposit, and one month’s rent upon entry. Additional Information * Students: Must provide study enrollment and financial means. * Workers: Need to present a paycheck and financial proof. * Without a salary? You can pay the contract in full (6 months + deposit). * The rooms are for individual use only—couples and pets are not accepted. * The room offered is Room No. 6. Bed Linen and Towels Please note that we don’t provide bed linen or towels. You will need to bring: * Waterproof mattress protector * Fitted sheet * Comforter cover (90 x 180 bed if the bed is a single bed or 140 x 180 for a double bed) and pillow case * Body towel, hand towel, and shower mat If needed, we can purchase the bed linen and towels for you. New sets cost €120, while used, sanitized sets are available for €60. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll take care of everything for you. Whether you are a student or a worker, our location, amenities, and vibrant co-living environment offer everything you need for an enjoyable living experience. ARRIVAL TIME Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. Tratteniamo tutti i pagamenti effettuati tramite la nostra piattaforma prima del trasferimento, incluso il primo mese di affitto e l'eventuale deposito. Dopo il tuo arrivo, hai 48 ore per verificare che l'alloggio corrisponda alle tue aspettative. Inviamo il denaro al proprietario solo se tutto è a posto.
