At the end of the contract, the tenant must pay a final administrative fee of 160 euros (“Exit Fee”), intended to cover the costs associated with the management and preparation of the property after it has been returned. This fee includes, among others: 🔸 The final complete cleaning of the property. 🔸 A monthly deep cleaning of the common areas, in addition to the weekly surface cleaning provided during the stay. 🔸 The replacement and/or refurbishment of minor items such as dishes, kitchen utensils, or other household goods. 🔸 The repair of small marks or stains on the walls resulting from normal use.
