It is entirely equipped and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, toaster, pans, kitchen ustensils, crockery, microwave, kettle... It also has an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: household waste tax, condominium fees, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Matabiau (literally ‘kill the bull’ in Occitan) is a tiny neighbourhood charged with history: according to the tradition, the first bishop of Toulouse was killed here during an extreme running with a bull started from the Capitol. The animal was put down in these streets, and this gave the neighbourhood this peculiar name. Situated north of the city-centre, Matabiau is nowadays the area built around the train station with the same name. The neighbourhood is highly cosmopolitan – you will find here plenty of Chinese, African, Arab and Kebabs restaurants.
