The day area has a bright living room and dining room and the kitchen is integrated into this space. It has been equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook from the day of arrival. The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms with dressing room. The bathrooms are complete with shower. It is conditioned with heating and air conditioning. Located in Milans street, in the Gothic quarter. This is one of the oldest neighborhoods and with more history to tell. Its hidden squares are still the favorite places to sit and enjoy some tapas and relax. The apartment is located a few meters from Pg. de Colom and Port Vell, which has several leisure options by the sea; the Maremagnum shopping center located in the port of the dock and with an unbeatable view of it; and the famous Ramblas which are one of the main tourist landmarks of the city. In addition, Plaza Sant Jaume and the Cathedral of Barcelona, with its lively little square, are located very close to the apartment. The nearest stations are Jaume I (L4), 7 minutes away; and Drassanes (L3), an 8-minute walk away.
