The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, hand made fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy product), gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The place is in a street full of green (Dietla is a green beautiful avenue), probably the most important and most central street in Cracow. The place is perfect for 2 people (2 friends), even 4 people would be ok (for example 2 couples). The living space has a wall made in bricks that makes the place very trendy and young. The cooker in the kitchen is safe and efficient. The last photography session was in 2018. The walls and the sofa are currently older and used (walls are a bit dirty and 1 sofa is partially damaged). The Lessor can paint the walls again if the Lessees request painting at least 1 month before the arrival (the request shall be a mutual agreement and previously accepted by the Lessor). The windows provide a perfect insulation. The apartment is perfect for couples or a group of friends, Erasmus students or young professionals. Our tenants can access and/or use all areas.
