A perfect and tasteful base for a wonderful life in Berlin with its location close to Helmholtzplatz, Kollwitzplatz and Alexanderplatz! The apartment is our private home we rent out when we are elsewhere and it is situated very quiet and can also be used as base for homework . It is fully set up. There is both dish washer and washing machine in the apartment. The apartment have two large rooms both with access to sunny balconies: one facing east for the morning sun and the rest facing south. There is a double bed (160x200) and a crib (if needed) in the bed room and a very good sleeping sofa (160x200) in the living room. There is a eating area in the cosy kitchen and a bath tub in the spacious bathroom. The flat is perfect for a couple, two friends or a small family. There's the possibility to rent a bike upon request. We appreciate guests that are friendly and treat our home with respect.
