If chosen, you will be part of the group. - there is a one-time payment of 299 euro (HA commission) - there is a one-time payment of 199 euro (for the bed linen & end cleaning) - contracts ALWAYS start at the beginning & end of the month, notice period of 1 calendar month - contract: group contract, everyone will sign the same document as one group for the entire apartment.
