I am subletting my furnished apartment in Vienna for up to 6 months. The apartment has 3 rooms, namely one living room, one large bedroom (suitable for 1 or 2 students, as it has a master bed) and one smaller bedroom (with a single bed). Apart from these three rooms, the apartment has a furnished kitchen, a bathroom with sink and bathtub, a toilet room, and a balcony. As the apartment building is not a students' building, but a normal Viennese apartment building with families, single people, and older couples, I would prefer to rent my apartment to rather quiet students who would not throw wild parties. :) I would also be very happy if the tenants would be non-smoking and have no pets....
