There is only one neighbour (right) but you don't hear them because they are not in town very often, so technical you don't have any neighbours. So it's very quiet and personal. In the courtyard downstairs there is a table and chairs, so in summer you can chill outside even there is no direct entry from the apartment, you have to go downstairs. 🚗 PARKING While the apartment doesn't include a parking lot, there is a parking garage (BOE Ludo-Hartmann-Platz) 2 walking minutes away. 🚇 GETTING AROUND With the very good connection to public transport (U6 Thaliastrasse is just few walking minutes away, as well as the tram line nr 46), it's super easy to get around the city quickly. Tram line nr 2 connects you to the city centre as well and to the University of Vienna and Technical University. 🛒 At Brunnenmarkt, a popular market just down the street, you can buy fresh food daily. And if you don't feel like cooking, we can highly recommend the restaurant Little India on the ground floor of our house.
