It features both heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant living environment throughout the year. The apartment comes fully furnished with a 105cm bed, wardrobe, study table, chair, television, coffee table, and sofa. The bathroom includes a shower, while the kitchen is equipped with essential appliances such as a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Residents will benefit from excellent communication links with supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport options, including the Recoletos suburban station and Alonso Martínez metro station, as well as various urban bus lines The reservation conditions for full housing units are as follows: - Tenant profile: students or young workers between 18 and 36 years old. We ask the tenants for NIF, passport or identification document, employment contract or enrollment in a study center. In the case of students, we also ask for the guarantee of parents, tutors, ...., who will also have to provide a copy of their NIF, NIE, passport or ID, indefinite work contract and three last pay slips or statement of accounts. Young professionals may also require guarantees, depending on their type of contract and remuneration. - Stay: 6 months-1 year (Some times of the year could be less) - Deposit: 1 month's rent. In certain cases, depending on the profile of tenants and guarantors, we may request an additional security deposit, the amount of which also corresponds to one month's rent.
