You cover a monthly fee and everything comes included: no utility bills, no unexpected maintenance costs! During the booking process, we conduct a thorough verification to ensure the safety and comfort of our community. Please be prepared to provide the following: your ID, two recent bank statements, two recent pay stubs, and details about your rental history. If you are a student or international student, you will also need to provide information about your guarantor or sponsor. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing that all your roommates have been carefully screened. BEDROOM Each room feels calm, spacious, and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. Your room will be move-in ready and fully furnished, there's no need to even bring a pillow:) Individual safes are provided.
