Gràcia is one of the prettiest neighbourhoods in Barcelona to live, this area still retains a town air but is away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The building is located next to a tennis club, the area is very lively and full of life, the surroundings benefit lots of tourist attractions, parks, squares, health centres, cinemas, bars, bakeries, restaurants offering local, international and vegetarian cuisine. Gràcia holds a festival every year which is a wonderful display of the local customs and culture which if you are in the city for is not to be missed. This area connected by public transport to all of the popular neighbourhoods and places in Barcelona and can take you to the beach, l'Eixample or the old town within a few minutes. The building is very close to bus stops and the "Alfonso X" metro, line 4, (yellow).
