Furnished with a single bed, safety lock, wardrobe with two doors and two drawers, ceiling fan, wall mirror, and desk, the Topaz room offers both comfort and functionality for your stay. Rent encompasses a comprehensive array of services to elevate your living experience, including water and electricity (with a €40/month allowance), WiFi internet, thrice-weekly cleaning of common areas, bi-weekly room and bathroom cleaning, as well as bi-weekly sheet and towel changes. Moreover, we provide repair and replacement services for your peace of mind, with round-the-clock service hours. The common areas feature a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room, fostering camaraderie and convenience.
