Welcome to this 60 sq. meters apartment, located on the first floor, just a 7-minute walk from the Victoria metro stop or the A.U.E.B. University of Athens or metro stop Attiki. The apartment was renovated in 2024, and it offers easy access to the city center and the Acropolis Hill, which are only 4 stops or 8 minutes away by metro. Surrounded by shops, banks, restaurants, and bus stops, everything you need is within a minute's walk from your doorstep. You will be renting one out of the two bedrooms, with exclusive use of a bedroom that features a comfortable double bed, an air conditioner for both heating and cooling, a closet, a desktop with chair, and a lovely balcony that offers a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The building is equipped with an elevator, In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small hall , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them.
