I live near the centre of Murcia and just 6 minutes walking from the bus station, 7 minutes to the cathedral and 13 minutes to the University of Merced. If you need to go to the University of Espinardo you can catch the bus in "Gran Vía", which is 5 minutes walking from the house. It is plenty of shops nearby. The bedroom is big and you have a little balcony as well. You can bring plenty of clothes as the wardrobe is big and you will have your own toilet so we do not have to share it as I will use the other one. I will clean the house -you will only clean your bedroom. I will be happy to tell you the places to visit in Spain and you can always ask me when you need information about the city, the public transport... You can pop in and have a look at the house if you are in Murcia...
