The apartment is fully furnished (incl. washing machine) and completely equipped (incl. bed sheets, towels, kitchen amenities, and so on). You need just your suitcases to move in. 🛏️ A fully equipped apartment with a queen-sized bed (boxspringbed 160x200cm) and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven (you see it on the last picture) and a dining table with two chairs. The own kitchen in the apartment offers you the flexibility to cook your own meals. 📶 Wifi speed is up to 100 mbit download and you can enjoy the fire stick on the Smart TV. The drawer under the TV has a perfect size for your clothes, additionally in the hall there is clothing rail. The fridge is located in the hall and has enough space for all your food. The only downside is that there is no freezer. The entire apartment is only for you, none of the rooms are shared. There are two neighbours (left and right) but you don't hear them. 🚗 PARKING While the apartment doesn't include a parking lot, there is a parking garage (BOE Ludo-Hartmann-Platz) 2 walking minutes away. 🚆 GETTING AROUND With the very good connection to public transport (U6 Thaliastrasse is just 2 walk minutes away, as well as the tram line # 46), it's super easy to get around the city quickly. Tram line # 2 connects you to the city centre as well and to the University of Vienna and Technical University. 🛒 At Brunnenmarkt, a popular market just down the street, you can buy fresh food daily. And if you don't feel like cooking, we can highly recommend the restaurant Little India on the ground floor of the building. 📱Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
