To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a two-month deposit and the first month’s rent (or a proportional amount). Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. The fees based on your arrival time are as follows: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge. 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you). 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you). After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you). ⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability. 🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out: Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge).
