Perfectly situated in a residential area, our apartment invites you to embrace the local charm and explore the surrounding conveniences of the city. → Building The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Lisbon building, however, there's a staircase to access the apartment. It is located on a neighbourhood with convenient access to public transportation. Please note that the apartment is located in a high-traffic area, so external noise is to be expected. Additionally, it is 10 meters away from a bar. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed ( 140x200 cm) and another, an interior room with a small window to the living room, with a single bed (90x200 cm) and a dedicated work space. Both have air conditioning. → Living Room A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV, air conditioning and a dining table to sit and enjoy your meals. → Kitchen Well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, oven, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), as well as dishwasher and washer/dryer. → Bathroom Modern bathroom with shower. The apartment features a closet in the interior bedroom and in the hallway, providing plenty of storage to keep your belongings. Other information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities.
