It is located on a very pleasant and tranquil living environment, but with easy access to all amenities and points of interest in the city. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and closet and another with a single bed (convertible into two) and wardrobe, so you will have plenty of space to store and organize. Both have air conditioning and desks so you can work comfortably. → Living/Dining Room You will find a cozy sofa and a Flat Screen TV so you can relax at the end of the day. There's a dining table for 4 to comfortably enjoy your meals. The air conditioning will allow you to climate the space to your liking! → Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included). → Balcony A small but pleasant balcony, ideal to enjoy your morning coffee and our warm weather. → Bathroom The apartment has one modern bathroom with shower. Other information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox.
