The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a very private south-facing furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer/dryer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfy king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces, plus access to the balcony. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is at the back of the building, so is usually quiet at night and is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Our home is located conveniently in Islington. Key pickup is a few minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Key pickup is approximately a 3 minute walk on foot. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Greater London, England, United Kingdom Islington's Victorian homes and quiet backstreets, popular with families and liberal politicos, contrast with its commercial heart. Getting around The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Angel, is just a 1 minute walk and there are also multiple buses from there.
