Very well connected to public transport, with several bus and metro stops (just a 8-minute walk from “Xativa Station” and from “Ángel Guimerá Station”) within walking distance, this makes it easy to get around Valencia and explore the city's many attractions. The room has HD TV, high-speed WiFi internet connection, and air conditioning (hot and cold) inside. In addition to a large closet, desk and study chair. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. It has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, and washing machine. It also has an HD TV, a sofa, a dining table and chairs. The street is surrounded by shops, restaurants and supermarkets. 🔸We deliver the keys from Monday to Friday (not holidays) between 9:00 and 19:00 (preferably in the morning). Outside these hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, a charge of €30 will be made, which must be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys. 🔸Bills are included up to 50 euro 🔸Important Information: Upon arrival of the tenant, payment will be made for the prorated days of the month.
