It features 2.5 WCs (one without a shower), with two rooms offering private bathrooms. The flat includes a windowless living room with a TV, a small dining room, and a fully furnished kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Please note that the building does not have a lift and includes a shared terrace. The maximum capacity for this flat is 12 people. Room: This charming room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe and a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room also features a small shared balcony that ensures plenty of natural light. As a disclaimer we would like to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements.
