This area is characterized by being quiet and having many bars where you can go for a drink with friends. The property has 72 square meters , perfectly distributed among all the rooms that make it up, as well as being fully furnished and equipped. The main room is made up of the wonderful living room that has a pleasant sofa where you can lie down and watch television. It also has a dining area , with a large table for 6 people, right next to the American-style kitchen with a ceramic hob, ideal for preparing your best recipes. The house has two double bedrooms with wardrobes and two modern bathrooms. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning , heating, washing machine and internet. The closest metro stops are Les Corts (L3) and Badal (L5), although it is also perfectly communicated with bus stops and bike lanes.
